Under the New Roads & Street Works Act 1991 (NRSWA), we abide by laws laid down by Highways England, the Highways Authority for our (the UK’s) strategic road networks.

SSIP and PAS 91 compliant, it streamlines prequalification and demonstrates the highest industry standards.

We abide by laws and legislations laid down by the Environmental Agency of the UK. As well as protecting our business, this guards against environmental pollution. Protecting the communities that we work in is our foremost priority.  

Royal Society for the Prevention of Accidents; RoSPA is a leading voice in health and safety that campaigns to reduce avoidable accidents at home, on the road, at work and at leisure. 

SMAS Worksafe is a nationally recognized health and safety accreditation used across the UK construction and service industries. It’s part of the Safety Schemes in Procurement (SSIP) framework, which ensures businesses meet strict health and safety standards required by law.
